All PowerFlo pumps feature a standardised back (mechanical) end, simplifying part ordering and replacements. Both the pinion assembly and main shaft are supported by individually replaceable bearings, which streamlines maintenance and reduces overall costs. Each pump model has a specific head (water end). If you’re unsure of the model, simply measure the bore, which refers to the brass liner that the pump cups move back and forth in.
The PowerFlo A is designed for efficient water pumping with a 70mm (2 ¾”) bore, making it ideal for medium-flow applications.
With a 76mm (3”) bore, the PowerFlo B is perfect for higher flow requirements, providing reliable performance across a variety of applications.
The PowerFlo C, with an 83mm (3 ¼”) bore, is designed for large-flow applications, offering impressive pumping capabilities.
Note: The PowerFlo C has a different Gland Plate from the A, B, and AHR models. When ordering, please use the code 40216.
The PowerFlo AHR, with a 51mm (2”) bore, is designed for high-pressure applications, offering a maximum vertical head of 150m (500ft) for demanding environments.
